An error page is shown when I try do something

An error can occur for a number of reasons a few possible causes are listed below.

  • Your account timed out - Basically this means you left the ClickClass application without interacting with it for a period of time. We recommend if you are going to leave the application for a lenth of time you logout prior to leaving. Normally though this does not cause an error and you are just sent to the login page.
     
  • Internet/Network problems - ClickClass™ is a powerful application that although is optimised for delivering fast e-learning over the internet it is recommened that you use a reliable 2MB ADSL connection or above. If you are experiencing slow loading pages or pages that fail to load alltogether please try using your ClickClass on another internet connection to check it is not your end.
