I cannot login to ClickClass™

There maybe a number of different reasons why you cannot login. Below are listed some of the most common:

I am entering my username and password into the login box but it is not letting me login
Make sure you are typing the username and password incorrectly. Check that the password you are using is the current one as you or the administrator may have changed it, you can get a forgotten password by clicking the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the login box.

I am getting the message "Unfortunately login is unavailable at this time."
This message is displayed if the system is currently offline for mainteance work. Please check back later on or speak to your ClickClass™ provider for more information.

I am getting the message "This account is currently inactive and you can therefore not login."
This message indicates there is a problem with this persons ClickClass™. Please contact your ClickClass™ provider.

I am entering the address to enter ClickClass™ and am being redirected to a page saying this organisation does not exist.
Please make sure the address you are using is spelt correctly, if you are sure it is contact your ClickClass™ provider
